Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash pepper
- 2 Tbs. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbs. minced onion

Preparation
Step 1
Cut eggs in half; place yolks in a bowl and mash.
Mix remaining ingredients into mashed yolks.
Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg halves. Refrigerate until serving.
Note: May sprinkle with paprika and/or top with sliced stuffed olives if desired.
