  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
  • 1- 16oz jar creamy peanut butter
  • 1- 7.5oz jar marshmallow creme
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Combine butter, sugar, cream and corn syrup in a large sauce pan. Place over medium heat and cook, stirring until sugar dissolves. Using a candy thermometer (dont let it touch the bottom of the pot) boil mixture, without stirring until it reaches 234 degrees F.

Remove from heat and let it set for 10 minutes without stirring.

Stir in peanut butter, marshmallow creme, and vanilla until mixed thoroughly. Scrape the mixture into a well greased 8x8 pan.

Allow to cool completely on a wire rack. Transfer to the refrigerator for at least an hour.

Cut into 1 inch squares.
