Ingredients
- 2 cups plain thick curd (yogurt)
- 3 slices of bread brown/white
- 1-2 green chillies thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
- Pinch of red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp of coriander leaves chopped
- Salt to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Slice the ends of the bread & cut them into cubes to make the croutons.
2. Spread them on a baking sheet & toast them in a 350F oven for 5-10
minutes until done.
3. Meanwhile take the thick yogurt, place it in a bowl. Add cumin powder,
chillies, salt, coriander leaves. Beat it well.
4. Just before serving raita add the croutons. Adding it before hand will
make the bread disintegrate in the raita.
5. Garnish it with some roasted cumin powder & red chili powder.
