Ingredients
- 1 cup beer
- 1 tablespoon vegetable shortening
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 3/4 cup bread machine flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoon yeast

Step 1
Measure and assemble ingredients in order listed into baking pan. Select dough/pasta setting. When cycle is complete, remove dough from machine to a lightly floured surface. If necessary, knead in enough flour to make dough easy to handle. Roll out dough and place on pizza pan. Top pizza with sauce, meat, vegetable and cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-25 minutes or until done. Pizza is done when edges of crust are golden and cheese is bubbly.
