Ingredients

2 lbs ground meat (meatloaf mix plus ground sirloin to equal 2 lbs)
1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
2 eggs
1/8 cup dried parsley
garlic
salt
pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients with half can of tomato sauce. Spray loaf pan. Shape into loaf and place in pan. Pour rest of sauce over top. Bake 350° for 1 1/2-2 hours
