  • 1 qt. mazola oil
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 qt. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 qt. cauliflower
  • 1 qt. dill pickles
  • 1 qt. celery, chopped
  • 1 qt. carrots, chopped
  • 1 qt. onions, chopped
  • 4 cans tomatoes
  • 4 cans green beans
  • 4 cans peas
  • 1 qt. spanish olives
  • 4 hot peppers
  • 1 c. parsley, chopped
  • 3 cans tuna
  • 1 T. sugar
  • 1 T. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Boil all vegetables in oil & vinegar for 1 hour. Put tuna in last few minutes. Put in hot jars & lids as for canning
