Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. ground pecan
- 1/4 c. sesame seeds
- 1 T. paprika
- 1 1/2 t. salt
- 1/8 t. pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 8 5 oz. chicken breasts, boned and skinned
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/4 c. coarsely chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine first 6 ingredients. Mix together egg and buttermilk. Dip breasts in egg mixture and then coat well in flour mixture.
2. Melt butter in baking dish. Place breasts in dish, turning once to coat with butter.
3. Sprinkle with coarsely chopped pecans. Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 30 minutes. Do not overcook. Serve with cream sauce if desired.
