Grammie's caramel roll topping
- 1-2 T cream

Combine butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, and cream in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and bubbles form around the edge. Grease two 13 x 9-inch pans. Place half the sauce in each pan.
Bake your rolls on top of the caramel sauce as called for in your recipe. Allow to cool only slightly before turning out on a platter with the caramel side up.
