- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 3/4 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon

Step 1
Cream shortening, 1 1/4 cup sugar and eggs. Add flour, cream of tartar, and baking soda; add vanilla. Form dough into small balls (walnut size). Roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes.
