Ingredients
- 3 cups riced potatoes
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tblsp. sugar
- 8 Tblsp melted shortening or 6 w/ tblsp cream

Mix together and divide into 12 or 13 balls. Keep fried lefse moist between towels. (1 wet)
