Ingredients
- 1 unbanked pie crust
- 2 eggs
- 1 canned pumpkin
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1 can evaporated milk

Step 1
Pour beaten eggs into bowl. Add remaining ingredients in order given. Pour into shell. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees, bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Top with whipped cream.
