Ingredients
- 1 - 1-1/2 C. Sugar
- 3/4 C. Cornstarch
- 1 Qt. Half & Half Cream
- 1 tea Vanilla extract
- 1 tea Almond extract
- 1/2 tea Cinnamon
- 1/2 tea Orange zest
- 2 lbs Ricotta Cheese
- 1/2 C Chopped Hershey bar
- 1/2 C Crushed Almonds

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a saucepan, whisk 1 cup half & half, and cornstarch. Cook til smooth. let sit 20 min.
2. Add remaining half & half and sugar. cook til thick & smooth. Remove from heat
3. Add vanilla & almond extracts, cover with plastic wrap and let cool.
4. Add Cinnamon, orange zest, ricotta cheese, hershey bar and almonds. Mix and fill Cannoli
To serve, simply dust with powdered sugar or you can get creative and drizzle w/melted Chocolate and then nuts. Or sprinkle into chopped Hershey bar. You can put cherries on each end, or use colorful sprinkles. Unlimited fun.
