Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon dried sweet basil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 can (14-16 oz) diced tomatoes with garlic, oregano and basil
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese mix or mozzarella cheese
- Hot cooked pasta of your choice

Preparation
Step 1
Mix bread crumbs and basil. Coat chicken with seasoned bread crumbs.
Heat oil in skillet. Brown chicken in oil, turn. Pour diced tomatoes over chicken, cover and simmer about 20 minutes (until chicken is cooked through and tender). Sprinkle cheese over chicken, cover and heat until cheese is melted. Serve over hot pasta.
