Sleepytime No-Drip Popsicles
Summer heat can make sleeping difficult. That's where gelatin can help: Glycine, which is found in gelatin, works in the brain to decrease body temperature. Just two dry envelopes are all you need to cool down so you can get some shuteye.

Ingredients
- 2 cups orange juice
- 3 (1/4-oz) packets granulated unsweetened gelatin
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 small banana
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt

Step 1
Add ingredients to blender. Blend and pour into popsicle molds. Freeze for 8 hours. When ready to eat, run popsicle molds under warm water for 15 seconds. Gently remove and enjoy!
