Braised Pork Ribs

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs boneless pork ribs
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 red onion sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 T. Autumn spice (or All Spice)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onions and garlic in olive oil for about 2 minutes on medium high heat. Add the pork ribs and brown on both sides. Reduce heat to medium low, cover pan and cook for about 20 minutes. Add spinach and re-cover. Let cook about 2 minutes.
