Ice Cream Bombe *(GOOD)*

Ingredients

• 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
• 1/2 gallon chocolate ice cream
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 box chocolate covered mint patties
• 1/2 cup walnut pieces

Preparation

Step 1

Spread vanilla ice cream in a large flat pan, like a broiler pan. Top with chocolate ice cream. (Have ice cream softened a bit first and cut in slices to place in pan.)

Place in freezer while you whip the heavy cream with the sugar and vanilla.

Chop the mint patties (green center are prettiest) and walnuts. Fold into whipped cream and spread over ice cream.

Freeze and cut into squares to serve.
