Ingredients
- 8 lbs Top Sirloin or eye or round - well trimmed
- 2 cloves Garlic - chopped
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 can Tomatoes - (12 oz.)
- 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro - chopped
- 1 bottle Italian Style Salad Dressing (8 oz.)
- 1 cup Cooked Garbanzo Beans
- 1/2 lb Monterey Jack - cut into 1/2" squares
- 1 cup Green Chilies - chopped (fresh or canned)
- 2 Avocados - strips
- 1 bunch Parsley

Preparation
Step 1
1 Place beef in heavy pot; cover w/ H2O & add Garlic, Bay Leaf, Tomatoes, Cilantro, Salt & Pepper. Cook over Med. heat ~ 5 hours, or until meat pulls apart.
2 Remove meat from broth, cool & cut into 2" square. Shred w/ two forks
3 Can be used & this time for Burritos or Mexican food. Maybe frozen for 3 months.
4 Arrange beef in 9x 11" glass dish. Cover w/ Salad Dressing & allow to marinate in refrigerator overnight.
