Sweet-and-Sour Baked Beans

Ingredients
- 1 pound sliced bacon
- 1 large onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoons ground mustard
- 2 can (15 ounce ) butter beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (28 ounce ) New England-style baked beans, undrained
- 1 can (15 ounces) garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (16 ounces) white kidney beans, rinsed and drained

Preparation
Step 1
In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp; crumble and set aside. Discard all but 1 tablespoons drippings. Add onions, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard to drippings; simmer for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in beans and bacon.
Pour into an crock pot for 1-1/2 hours.
As its cooking if it gets to thick add a little water.
