Ingredients
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/2 small sweet onion, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Shredded Cheese
- 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Italian Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing, divided
- 1 skin-on salmon fillet (1-1/2 lb./675 g)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil

Preparation
Step 1
Heat barbecue to medium heat.
Combine first 4 ingredients with 3 Tbsp. dressing. Spray large sheet heavy-duty foil with cooking spray.
Place foil on barbecue grate. Top with fish, flesh side down.
Grill 5 min.; turn fish. Brush with remaining dressing.
Top with tomato mixture. Grill 18 to 20 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork; top with basil.
