Sugar Cookies *(GOOD)*

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 2/3 cup oil
• 2 teaspoon vanilla
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup butter
• 2 cups flour
• 2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

Beat the eggs with a fork; stir in the oil and vanilla. Blend in the sugar and butter until mixture thickens. Stir in the flour, baking powder and salt.

Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten and bottom of glass, greased and dipped in sugar.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes 400 degrees until delicate brown.
