Ingredients
- 2 lb lean beef stew meat, cut in small pieces
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 soup can of red wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 oz package fresh mushrooms (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Spray casserole with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients in casserole and bake, covered at 350° for 3 hours or more. Pour over rice or noodles. Easy to double.
