Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 tablespoons bacon grease
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 4 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups hot water
- 3-4 lb. chicken

Preparation
Step 1
Brown the 1 onion, chopped and 4 tablespoons bacon grease
Add 1 tablespoon of paprika and 4 tablespoons flour and add chicken and water to cover. Let simmer on medium heat.
Remove meta when done. Add dripping to flour to make a roux. Add back to juice. Warm sour cream with juice. Put meat back in and warm.
