  • 3 tbs. lemon juice
  • 4 tbs. water
  • 1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Italian Salad Dressing Mix
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbs. feta cheese, crumbled (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano

Step 1

Combine lemon juice, water and salad dressing mix in cruet or jar. Shake well. Add olive oil, feta cheese and oregano. Shake well. Makes 1 cup.
