Crabmeat Royale with Pecans

Ingredients

  • 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 lb. jumbo lump crabmeat
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped green onions
  • 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 Tbsp roasted chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325.

Gently toss butter with crabmeat in a mixing bowl. Add the lemon juice, green onion and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Gently toss again to mix.

Mound the mixture into 4 ramekins and sprinkle with the pecans. Bake until just warmed through, 10-12 minutes. Serve immediately.
