Broccoli-ginger detox soup (P1/P2)

Ingredients
- 1-2 c broccoli (roughly chopped)
- 1 c baby spinach
- 1/2 small onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 thick slice of fresh garlic (minced)
- 1 c (ish) broth of choice (I used beef)
- Sea Salt to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Bring a splash of broth to boil and put in garlic, ginger & onion. Allow to soften and then add broccoli. Add 1 c broth and bring to boil. Simmer on low for about 10 min until everything is starting to soften.
Add spinach, cover and continue to simmer until spinach wilts. Pour into good blender (I used my Ninja -- surprise). Blend until smooth; you may need to add a little more broth to get the soup consistency you want. Add sea salt to bring out flavors.
