Ingredients

  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 can cream of mushrooms mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • Salt and pepper

Step 1

Mix hamburger, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper to taste; form into meatballs. Cook in skillet on low to medium heat until done. Drain any grease. Add butter, onion and green pepper and cook another 2-3 minutes.

In separate bowl, combine he soups and sour cream together and mix. Turn heat down on low and add the soup mixture. Let simmer on low for 2 minutes.

Serve with rice or potatoes.
