Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 1/4 flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup maraschino cherries chopped
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 tbs grated orange rind

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten eggs. mix dry ingredients and add to butter and sugar alternating with sour cream. Add cherries coconut and rind. make 3 rolls 2" in diameter and refrigerate over night. Slice thin and bake on cookie sheet at 400° for 8-10 minutes.
