Crockpot Country Style Steak With Gravy

Ingredients

• 1-1/2 lbs. cube steak
• 1 (12 oz) jar Heinz Beef Gravy
• Beef Broth to taste
• 2 T. tomato paste
• Dijon Mustard
• A-1 Sauce
• 1 Onion, chopped
• Mushrooms, chopped
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp. pepper
• 1/2 tsp. thyme

Preparation

Step 1

Dredge cube steaks in a little flour, salt & pepper; brown in veg. oil until lightly browned. Place in crockpot. Combine gravy & remaining ingredients and pour over steaks.

Cover and cook on low 6-7 hrs. Serve with mashed potatoes or noodles.
