Ingredients
- 12 oz fresh peppers - stems removed
- 1 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar or white
- 2 tsp table salt

Preparation
Step 1
1. Chop peppers add to pressure cooker
2. Add salt and vinegar to cover
3. Close lid and turn heat on high until pressure releases. use pressure cooker on high.
4. cook 1 minute on high
5. turn off burner and release naturally
6. Puree and a strain through a fine mesh strainer.
7. Will keep 3 month in fridge.
