Ingredients
- 1 pound ground round
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Pam
- 1 8-ounce package fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme or 1 teaspoon dried
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine
- 1 12-ounce jar fat-free beef gravy

Step 1
Mix together ground round, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Shape into four 1/2-inch patties.
Spray skillet with Pam. Cook patties until done and remove from heat.
Sauté for 3 minutes mushrooms, onions and thyme. Add wine and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in gravy and add patties to warm.
