Ingredients
- 3 1/4 pkg lemon pudding (not instant)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
- 2 - 9oz. can sliced peaches
- 20oz can pineapple chunks
- 16 oz. can mandarin oranges
- 16 oz. can pears, cubed

Preparation
Step 1
In saucepan, combine 1st 4 ingredients and stir.
Add remaining water. Cook till full boil. Cool completely. Fold in whipped cream. Add fruits.
Refrigerate for several hours.
