Ingredients
- 2 cups toasted walnut halves
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 16 ounces Cool Whip, divided use
- 1 package (about 3 ounces) vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 package (about 3 ounces) chocolate instant pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- Chocolate shavings, for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Combine walnuts and butter in a food processor until evenly chopped. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. In a mixing bowl, cream together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and half the Cool Whip. Spread on top of the crust. Combine the pudding mixes in a mixing bowl. Add cold milk and mix with a whisk until smooth. Work quickly because the pudding sets in about 30 seconds. Spread the pudding layer over the cream-cheese layer. Spoon the remaining Cool Whip over everything and garnish with chocolate shavings.
Makes 8 servings.
