Ingredients
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 3 cups of water
- 1 - 29 oz can tomato sauce
- 2 - 15 oz cans diced tomatoes
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp italian seasonings
- 1 tbsp house seasonings
- 1 cup of salt
- 1/4 cup black pepper
- 1/4 cup garlic pwdr
- mix togather store in airtight container for up to 6
- months
- 1 tbsp seasoned salt
- 2 cups dried elbow macaroni

Preparation
Step 1
in a dutch oen, saute ground beef and turkey over medium high heat, until no longer pink. break up meat while sauteing; spoon off any grease. add onions to the pot and saute until they are tender about 5 minutes. add 3 cups waer, along with tomatoe sauce, garlic,italian seasonings, bay leaves, soy sauce, house seasonings and the seasoned salt. stir well. place a lid on the pot and allow this to cook for 20-25 minutes.
add the elbow macaroni, stir well, return the lid to pot and simmer about 20 minutes. turn off heat, remove bay leaves and allow the mixture to sit about 30 minutes before serving
