Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar dissolved in 2 3/4 c. water
  • In blender combine: 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 6 oz can orange juice
  • Add to sugar mixture. Stir in additional 1 1/2 c. pineapple juice and 2 Tbs lemon juice.
  • Pour in 9×13 pan and freeze 4-24 hours.

Preparation

Step 1

To serve let mixture stand at room temp 20-30 minutes. To form slush scrape a large spoon across the frozen mixture. Spoon into punch bowl. Add (1) 2 liter bottle
sprite. Makes 24 4 oz servings
