Ingredients
- 1 cup granted Parmesan cheese (250 mL)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (125 mL)
- 1 tsp basil, crumbled (5mL)
- 1/2 tsp oregano, crumbled (2 mL)
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper (2mL)
- 1 loaf French bread, sliced legthwise

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except bread. Wrap French bread halves individually in foil, leaving cut side open. Spread cheese mixture over cut side of bread halves. Bake at 400ºF (200ºC) for 10 - 12 minutes or until bread is heated through and browned around edges. Cut into slices.
