Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef stew
- 1 medium onion
- 1 c. carrots (heaping)
- 1 c. celery, cut
- 1 c. potatoes, cut
- 2 c. water
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. tapioca
- Salt and pepper to taste

Put all ingredients in a roasting pan with lid. Mix together. Bake at 325° for 3 1/2 hours
