  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 c. carrots (heaping)
  • 1 c. celery, cut
  • 1 c. potatoes, cut
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. tapioca
  • Salt and pepper to taste
