Ingredients

  • 1 cup tortilla chips; coarsely crumbled
  • 2 cup chicken; cooked and cubed
  • 15 ounces whole kernel corn
  • 3/4 cup pace picante sauce
  • 1/2 cup ripe olives; pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese; shredded

Step 1

Heat the oven to 350°F

Layer the crumbled chips, chicken, corn and picante sauce in a one quart
casserole.
Top with the olives and cheese.

Bake for 40 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Serve with
the chips.
