Ingredients
- Large head cabbage, chopped
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 2 cups rice, cooked
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tsp. salt
- 16 ounce can tomato sauce
- 28 ounce can chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 bay leaf 1 tsp. garlic
- 8 ounce can sauerkraut, drained
- 6 gingersnaps, crumbled

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in dutch oven. Bring to boil on stove, then reduce to simmer 45 min. to 1 hour until flavors are combined.
