Ingredients
- Philsbury Pie Crust
- 3 Eggs
- 1 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- Dash Nutmeg
- 3/4 Cup Fontana Cheese
- 3/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese
- 3/4 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Plain Flour
- 1 1/2 Cup Turkey and Ham

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450°. Spread pie crust in pie dish. Place folded aluminum foild in center of pie crust. Bake 5-7 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes. Turn oven down to 340°. Mix eggs, milk, and spices together. Stir in meats. In a separate bowl, toss cheeses with flour. Add to egg mixture. Pour into pie crust and bake for 35-40 minutes.
