  • 8 oz broad noodles; cooked and drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 4 eggs; beaten
  • 1/2 cup margarine; melted
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 3/4 cup raisin
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt

Step 1

In medium bowl toss together noodles, sour cream, cottage cheese, eggs,
margarine, sugar, raisins, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmet, and salt until
well mixed. Pour into greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch and bake uncovered one hour or
until golden brown at 300 °F.
