Ingredients
- 8 dried black mushrooms or fresh mush
- 4 cups napa cabbage; shredded
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 12 oz ground pork, chicken, or beef
- 4 green onion; chopped
- 1-1/2 tablespoon ginger; minced
- 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoon rice wine or dry sherry
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1-1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 30 potsticker wrappers
- 3 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 cup chicken broth

Fold won tons corner to corner - wet corner and fold over.
Can fry or boil.
