Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed
- 1-1/2 cups chopped cooked lobster
- 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 1/4 tsp. salt

Step 1
MELT butter in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add onions; cook 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
ADD milk and Neufchatel; cook 5 min. or until Neufchatel is melted, stirring occasionally.
STIR in remaining ingredients; cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
