Chocolate Chip Cake Mix Cookie Bars

By

I don’t know about you, but sometimes I like a quick and easy snack that I can make for the kids after school. This is one of those recipes. I LOVE that it uses a cake mix rather than having to measure out flour, sugar, baking soda, etc. This makes it so much quicker and less messy to make! The neat thing about these bars is that you can dress them up any way that you want. I added m&m’s here. You could always add nuts or butterscotch chips, etc. Just have fun with it. Since they are made with cake mix, they are so moist and chewy.
