Monte Cristo Sandwiches

• 2 large egg
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/4 teaspoon hot-pepper sauce
• 8 slices swiss cheese
• 8 slices bread
• 1/2 tablespoon mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs with milk and hot pepper sauce in a shallow bowl until blended.
Place two slices cheese on each of each of 4 slices bread. Spread 1/2
tablespoon mustard on another 4 slices bread. Place mustard side down on
cheese. Dip both sides of sandwiches in egg mixture. Place on lightly
sprayed baking sheet and bake 15 - 18 minutes, turning once, until cheese
melts and both sides are browned.
