Ingredients
- 8 -10 medium potatoes pared and boiled
- 1 8oz. package cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbls. chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika
- 2 tbls. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
Step 1
Put cream cheese in bottom of bowl or kettle. Add drained, hot potatoes and mash. Add sour cream, chives and seasoning. Mash well. Place in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan or 2 quart casserole dish. Brush on melted butter. Sprinkle on paprika. Cover tightly and refrigerate one hour before baking.
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees
