Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs. sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cloves garlic - crushed
- 1 T. chili powder
- 1/2 T. red pepper
- 1 medium onion - chopped fine
- 1/4 bottle Tabasco Sauce, or to taste
- 1/4 bottle red hot sauce, or to taste
- 1 bottle of stale beer - left out 6-8 hours

Step 1
Grind together the cheese, garlic, chili powder, pepper, onion, and hot sauces. Mix with beer until smooth & refrigerate.
