Fall doughnuts 1 Picture


  • 1 C firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 1 C pureed sweet potatoes
  • 1 C milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 T butter
  • 2 t vanilla
  • 2 C flour
  • 2 t baking soda
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1 t pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 C powdered sugar (more or less for sprinkling)

Step 1

Spray donut maker with cooking spray and preheat.

Beat together sugar, pumpkin, sweet potato, milk, eggs, butter and vanilla.

Drop about 2-3 T pumpkin mixture into doughnut form and bake for about 20-25 minutes depending on your doughnut maker.. until lightly browned and a tooth pick comes out clean when inserted.

While still warm, turn out into powdered sugar if desired and cool on bakers rack.

These can be baked in the oven at 350 in mini muffin tins as well.
