Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 12 oz. white chocolate
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 3/4 cup dried cherries, cranberries or apricots (or 3/4 cup peanut butter)
- 3/4 cup nuts (optional

Step 1
Line 8 inch pan with foil and grease the foil.
Mix powdered sugar and milk in a heavy sauce pan over medium heat. Add butter and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Without stirring, boil for 5 minutes.
Turn heat down to low. Add white chocolate and almond extract. Stir or whisk until chocolate melts. Stir in either the fruit and nuts or the peanut butter.
Pour into a pan and refrigerate until set. Invert pan, remove the foil and cut into 1 inch squares.
