Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients

• Meat Sauce:
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1/4 c chopped onions\1 c tomato sauce
• 1/2 c water
• 2 t chili
• 4 large tortilla's
• 1 c shredded cheese
• 1 tomato chopped
• 1/4 c sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

make 4 layers of 1/4 of meat sauce, tortilla and cheese layers.

Bake at 350 till cheese melts. Remove from oven and top each serving with sour cream and tomatoes
