Ingredients
- 2 T;s firm butter
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 cup chives and onion cream cheese spread, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded Gouda cheese (2 oz)
- 1 egg white
- 1 T chopped fresh parsley (if desired)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 425 F
2. In a medium bowl cut butter and cream cheese into Bisquick and using a pastry blender or crisscrossing 2 knives until mixture looks like fine crumbs.
3. Stir in milk and egg yolk. Place dough on surface will dusted with Bisquick and gently roll in Bisquick to coat. Shape into a ball and knead 10 times
4. Roll dough into 16 by 8 inch rectangle. Spread chive and onion cream cheese over half of dough to within 1/4 inch of edge; sprinkle with Gouda. Carefully fold dough over filled part. Brush egg white over top. Sprinkle with parsley. Cut into 4 inch squares. cut diagonally in half to form 8 wedges. Place on ungreased cookie
5. Bake 10-13 minutes or until golden brown. Cut each triangle in half and Serve warm
